The City Park Tee is a casual tee for juniors in sizes 6 – 16. It comes with the option for a v-neck or scoop neck, shirt length or tunic length, and has four sleeve lengths included – short, elbow, 3/4, and long.
The City Park Tee is incredibly versatile depending on what options you choose, your fabric, and any embellishments you choose to add. Embroider, applique, screen print, stencil, dye, sequin – this tee is a perfect blank slate for anything you can dream up.
This pattern works nicely with jerseys, both cotton and cotton blends, but you can also use rib knit, interlock, waffle knit, lycra spandex, or even stretch lace! Anything with a stretch of at least 30% will work, but 50 – 100% stretch is best. Just remember – the smaller the stretch percentage, the more fitted the shirt will be.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE - 22/12/20
Due to the current COVID-19 border restrictions, the Royal Mail have temporarily suspended international mail services to some countries, therefore we have disabled international shipping to those countries for the time being. Once we receive notification from the Royal Mail that their services are up and running again, we will enable shipping again.
ROYAL MAIL UPDATE
Please be aware that the Royal Mail is being slower than usual due to COVID affecting staffing levels and the increase in online orders throughout the country due to lockdown.
Parcels qualifying for free delivery are sent second class, so once you receive your shipping confirmation from us, please allow 14 working days before contacting us where your order is, as unfortunately we are unable to class an item as "lost" before this time and can't resend it until that point.
Orders of a value of £25 or more are sent second class Tracked and we will enter the tracking number on your order so you can keep an eye on its whereabouts.
If you live in or around the Mirfield area, we would encourage you to select the Local Pickup option at checkout to collect your order from the shop, especially if you are in a rush for your items. Alternatively, if you would like your order sending first class, you can choose to pay for this option at the checkout.
Our current despatch time for orders placed Monday-Friday is 1-2 days and any orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on the following Tuesday at the earliest.

We offer free economy delivery to Europe on all orders over £75 and to the rest of the world on orders over £120. Please note if a parcel is returned to us due to an error in the shipping details provided to us, you will be charged for the re-send at the above rates.
All items sent internationally will be via a tracked Royal Mail or courier service.
Items posted to countries outside of the EU may have customs charges that are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.
Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost unless it has been missing 15 days in the UK, 20 days in Europe or 25 days in the rest of the world. If after this period has ended you have not received your parcel, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All sales of fabric, gift cards, workshops and special order items are final. If you change your mind on any other item, a full refund will be given if you return it in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of purchase. Returns after this period and within 28 days of purchase will be exchanged for store credit only. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Fabric should be inspected by you for flaws upon receipt and before you pre-wash it. Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds on fabric that has been pre-washed as the damage could have occurred in the washing machine and/or tumble dryer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Fabricate, 146 Huddersfield Road, Mirfield GB WF14 8AN.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Payment in full is required at the time of your booking to secure your place. Unfortunately we are unable to reserve places without payment.
If you find you can’t come 2 weeks or more before the start of your course then we will do our best to fill your spot, in which case you will receive a refund, less 25% administration charge. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations with less than 2 weeks’ notice.
We do not offer partial refunds if you find you can’t attend one of the sessions in a course, so please make sure you can attend ALL sessions before committing to the booking.
