Are you still open?

Due to the current lockdown, our Mirfield premises are now officially closed as a walk-in shop, however we are still able to operate online. In the meantime we've also had to disable our Click & Collect option, but to make up for it we're now offering free UK delivery for orders over £5.00!

Will delivery times be affected?

During the lockdown we will be operating as a team of one with contingency plans in place should self-isolation be required. With this in mind, we aim to minimise travel and therefore orders will be fulfilled and posted twice a week. In real terms, as long as the postal service continues operating, you should anticipate your delivery to arrive 1-2 days later than usual.

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries under 2kg and, as of writing, they are still operating as normal so hopefully disruption will remain minimal.

What is the status on workshops?

Workshops are obviously all now postponed until further notice. If you are booked on an upcoming workshop, we will get in touch with you as it gets closer to your planned workshop date.

Will you be able to replenish stock on sold out items?

So far there hasn't been a noticeable difference from our suppliers, but there will inevitably be some slowdown on certain items, particularly those that are ordered in from overseas.

Sewing patterns will be the items mostly affected, but if a pattern is out of stock and you're able to purchase a digital version elsewhere, we will happily print your digital sewing pattern on A0/Copyshop paper and get those posted to you.
