The Union St. Tee is a great wardrobe basic to have in your pattern stash. It comes with the option for a v-neck, scoop neck, or crew neck, and has four sleeve lengths included – short, elbow, 3/4, and long. There is an optional chest pocket and a separate front piece that has been adjusted for a full bust (FBA).
The Union St. Tee is incredibly versatile depending on what options you choose, your fabric, and any embellishments you choose to add. Embroider, applique, screen print, stencil, dye, sequin – this tee is a perfect blank slate for anything you can dream up.
The measurement chart and the instructions in the pattern will show you how to measure your high bust to pick your correct size and determine if you need the full bust adjustment. Because the Union St. Tee starts at size XXS, it is suitable for tweens – adults.
The Union St. Tee pattern works well with cotton and cotton blend jerseys, as well as rib knit, interlock, waffle knit, rayon lycra, or even stretch lace! Anything with a stretch of at least 30% will work, but 50 – 100% stretch is best. Just remember – the smaller the stretch percentage, the more fitted your shirt will be, so plan accordingly.

Following restrictions imposed by the UK government on 24/3/20, we have had to close our bricks and mortar store but for the time being, we are still able to trade online. (Yay!) We have reduced our UK Free Shipping rate to applu to all orders over £5.00. As it is necessary for us to minimise travel as much as possible, we will be fulfilling online orders twice a week, which will mean that there may be a slight delay in your order being processed. As always, you will be sent an email confirmation when your order is on its way.
Once you place an order Monday to Friday, we always endeavour to despatch it within 48 hours and any orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on Tuesday.

We offer free economy delivery to Europe on all orders over £75 and to the rest of the world on orders over £100.
All items sent internationally will be via a tracked Royal Mail or courier service.
Items posted to countries outside of the EU may have customs charges that are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.
Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost unless it has been missing 15 days in the UK, 20 days in Europe or 25 days in the rest of the world. If after this period has ended you have not received your parcel, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All sales of fabric, gift cards, workshops and special order items are final. If you change your mind on any other item, a full refund will be given if you return it in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of purchase. Returns after this period and within 28 days of purchase will be exchanged for store credit only. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Fabricate, 146 Huddersfield Road, Mirfield GB WF14 8AN.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Payment in full is required at the time of your booking to secure your place. Unfortunately we are unable to reserve places without payment.
If you find you can’t come 2 weeks or more before the start of your course then we will do our best to fill your spot, in which case you will receive a refund, less 25% administration charge. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations with less than 2 weeks’ notice.
We do not offer partial refunds if you find you can’t attend one of the sessions in a course, so please make sure you can attend ALL sessions before committing to the booking.
