ROYAL MAIL UPDATE
Please be aware that the Royal Mail is being slower than usual due to COVID affecting staffing levels.
Parcels qualifying for free delivery are sent second class, so once you receive your shipping confirmation from us, please allow 14 working days before contacting us to see where your order is, as unfortunately we are unable to class an item as "lost" before this time and can't resend it until that point.
Orders of a value of £25 or more are sent second class Tracked and we will enter the tracking number on your order so you can keep an eye on its whereabouts.
If you live in or around the Mirfield area, we would encourage you to select the Local Pickup option at checkout to collect your order from the shop, especially if you are in a rush for your items. Alternatively, if you would like your order sending first class, you can choose to pay for this option at the checkout. This does not affect the speed in which your order is processed as all orders are processed on a first come, first served basis.
Our estimated current despatch time for orders placed Monday-Friday is 5-7 days and any orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on the following Tuesday at the earliest.

All items under 5kg will be sent Royal Mail first class. Items over 5kg will be sent by courier on a Next Working Day service.
We offer free UK second class delivery on all orders over £15. Please note if a parcel is returned to us due to an error in the shipping details provided to us, you will be charged for the re-send at the above rates.

We offer free economy delivery to Europe on all orders over £75 and to the rest of the world on orders over £120. Please note if a parcel is returned to us due to an error in the shipping details provided to us, you will be charged for the re-send at the above rates.
All items sent internationally will be via a tracked Royal Mail or courier service.
Items posted to countries outside of the UK may have customs charges that are the buyer’s responsibility to pay. Please take this into special consideration if you are in the EU, as the rules have changed since Brexit.
Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost unless it has been missing 15 days in the UK, 20 days in Europe or 25 days in the rest of the world. If after this period has ended you have not received your parcel, please contact us at email@example.com
All sales of fabric, gift cards, workshops and special order items are final. If you change your mind on any other item, a full refund will be given if you return it in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of purchase. Returns after this period and within 28 days of purchase will be exchanged for store credit only. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Fabric should be inspected by you for flaws upon receipt and before you pre-wash it. Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds on fabric that has been pre-washed as the damage could have occurred in the washing machine and/or tumble dryer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Fabricate, 146 Huddersfield Road, Mirfield GB WF14 8AN.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Payment in full is required at the time of your booking to secure your place. Unfortunately we are unable to reserve places without payment.
If you find you can’t come 2 weeks or more before the start of your course then we will do our best to fill your spot, in which case you will receive a refund, less 25% administration charge. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations with less than 2 weeks’ notice.
We do not offer partial refunds if you find you can’t attend one of the sessions in a course, so please make sure you can attend ALL sessions before committing to the booking.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
